Return Policy
Items may be returned up to 30 days of purchase at no charge.
Returns over 30 days are subject to a 20% restocking charge.
There will be no returns accepted without a RA (Return Authorization) number.
We will not accept any returns over 60 days from purchase.
- Defective Materials
Defective or damaged merchandise may be returned for replacement or refund
at Dupli-Pack's
discretion.
Defective return shipping will be covered by Dupli-Pack.
